About Me I am an Arabic native speaker and i also do speak both languages English and Korean. I have experiences teaching Arabic and English online. -I teach : - Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. - Moroccan Arabic (Darija). - English for arabs in Arabic. - Korean language to beginner and intermediate levels learners. I am here to help you all on improving your skills and level in these languages. Me as a Teacher: I have been teaching online for a period of time now. I enjoy talking to people from different cultures (teaching them about my culture and they teach me about their cultures). i enjoy every lesson I have with my students, I hope they do too. My Lessons & Teaching Style I will be focusing more on improving your speaking, reading, listening and writing. Also, my teaching style will be very easy for you to follow. So, I will be using a whiteboard and marker pens to help you on improving your writing skills and teach you how to write correctly step by step. Although, writing is an important method in learning a language, but i believe that speaking and listening are the two more and most important in learning a new language, because through these two you will be able to communicate with anyone only by speaking to them in that language which can be understood by others. Listening can help you in increasing your language abilities quickly. certified Arabic teacher from the American University in Cairo, with 11+" years of experience" Hi everyone, my name is Aya. I’m an Arabic certified teacher from the American University in Cairo with 11+ years of experience and I have a master’s degree in Criticism of Modern Arabic Literature. I’m Egyptian, I live in Cairo, and on top of that I travelled to Saudi Arabia when I was 11 years old and I lived there for 10+ years, so I am very familiar with most of the different Arabic dialogue like Egyptian, Syrian and gulf Arabic, so I will be able to teach you the dialogue of your choice in an efficient and simple way. I have been teaching Arabic since 2009, each student (friend) of mine will have his/her own study plan according to his needs, goals and field of interest wither it is a Media, Health, Tourism, Diplomatic … etc. Each Student will have my full attention and commitment. I use the most advanced educational methods in my lessons according to the recent books and materials applied by the American University in Cairo focusing on practical exercise to fully develop the main language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Also, I can help you to understand the Islamic culture wherever you are. At the beginning of my course, I will determine your language level using a simple and easy test. After that, I will construct a full program designed specifically to build your Arabic language in all fields based on the criteria of the European Reference Framework for Languages. Within my course I will use movie clips and Arabic songs to practice the language together in a fun way to get out of the traditional classical educational ways. At the end of the lesson, each student will receive all the material used in the lesson including the PDF file that contains the lesson itself with the practical exercises. I really look forward to seeing you soon my friend. Do not wait for the right time, start from now and rest assure that you will learn from the best.
Learning languages is my passion. I enjoy learning the art of communication with people from different corners of the world. I've always tried to self-teach myself languages, to me this process has made me aware of the difficulties surrounding language learning, and how to tackle them. I've lived and worked with people speaking over 50 different mother tongues, this allowed me to understand that learning is a personal experience, where one method does not apply for all. Therefore, I decided to customize my teaching and build it around personal learning profile, style, and history of the student. I believe that learning a language does not only allow you to speak it, but it teaches you the mindset, history, and culture of people who speak it. This is a goal which I aim to reach while teaching Arabic, I hope to transfer my Syrian culture through language, syntax, and grammar (In a fun way, away from rigid learning techniques!)
