Children (4-11) - Учителя датского
Hi! My name is Sarah, and I am a 28-year-old Dane currently living in Sweden. I inherited my love for Danish and Ancient languages from my paternal grandmother, who was a Danish and History teacher herself for many years. With her, I developed a profound interest in teaching, and when I was about to finish Upper Secondary School, I knew that I wanted to do a Master's in Danish literature and Latin language. I had to study Latin almost on my own because very few people wanted to study it. I often felt stuck and thought about quitting, but I tried to find the patience and I explored different methods in order to learn. As a person, I am very patient, and for me, it is important that you feel comfortable showing me your difficulties and giving your opinion. I have been teaching Danish online for one year. Before that, I worked as a teaching assistant in an undergraduate introductory course in Danish language, culture, and history as part of an internship at Lund University. I have also worked pro-bono as a teaching assistant in classical Latin at Kitas Gymnasium. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
My name is Adil, I am 29 years old and I live in Copenhagen. As a person I am energetic, outgoing, empathetic, independent, structured, curious and happy. Danish is my native language, and I love teaching it to others! I realize that it is a hard language, but have no fear, your favourite Danish teacher is here :) It is important for me to establish a good relationship with my students, so that I can understand their needs, what motivates them and what their learning style is so that I can teach them in the most optimal way. In my teaching there is room for both failure and victory. There is room to be curious and to ask questions. There is room to laugh and play because learning must be fun. And then there is room to be challenged. From my many travels all around the world, I have learned that the best way to learn a new language is by speaking, speaking, speaking! Therefore, I focus on teaching through dialogue so that you learn to use the language in your everyday life. I have a degree in business communication from the University of Aarhus. Today, I work as a travel leader and teach young people project management, team building, self-development and communication. In addition, I work as a freelance guide in Copenhagen, blog editor, translator and online teacher in Danish.
