Hello everyone!

I'm an Italian tutor. I am a native Italian speaker, currently living in Bologna. I have two years of experience in teaching online and face-to- face lessons.

I have been giving private Italian lessons to students of all ages and levels. I can speak fluent English and Spanish, good French, and basic Mandarin. I have recently come back to Italy after having spent one year in London and six months in Sydney, to work and improve my English.

What to expect from my lessons:
- Online material based lessons (articles, videos, images). Happy to build the course upon your interests (you choose the topic, I will prepare the lesson)

- A lot of conversation, pronunciation, and common spoken expressions.

- Tell me your goals, and I will tailor a study programme accordingly.

- Constructive feedback. Positive motivation and support for my students.

- Personalised, focused, effective lessons in a fun and laid back context.


Teaching Approach
In general, the first lesson is to asses the language level of a student, to get to know each other, and to set the student's goals and needs. I will tailor the course according to your preferences. Also, I can prepare grammar, reading and listening excercises of any kind of level.

For advanced students, I usually do a lot of conversation. The aims are expanding the vocabulary, focusing on specific topics and teaching Italian common spoken expressions, those that you wouldn't learn from books.

For beginners, I will start from the basics. We will always mix new words, some grammar, and useful everyday sentences. So, since the very first lessons, you will master new spoken and written skills. I usually include videos, images and online resources to make the lessons more interactive.

At university, students usually need a help passing their language exams and getting high scores in the language certifications. Adults, usually ask for learning specific vocabulary concerning their job, revising grammar rules and learning some commond spoken expressions .
