Hi! My name is Sarah, and I've been teaching English as a second language for the past 10 years. I specialize in editing and proof-reading, and helping students to get ready for upcoming business reports and presentations. I completed my university studies in Sociology and Spanish, with a minor in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I am from Texas, but now live in Mexico with my family. I love spending time with my baby, decorating, and attempting to complete ambitious carpentry and sewing projects! I really enjoy getting to know new people and talking about current events...even better if I can do it with a cup of coffee in my hands! In class, I prefer a communicative approach to language learning: I think that the best way to get good at a language is by using it! Learning a new language as an adult can be difficult, but I am confident in my ability to help language learners from the beginner to advanced levels improve their English and enjoy themselves.
